Return Policy

At FloThéa Organics, each product is crafted with care and quality in mind. As our products are made in small batches and shipped fresh, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preference (such as scent, texture, or effectiveness). However, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with your order.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to investigate and resolve it.

To report an issue, send us an email at [your support email] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the damage or incorrect item

  • A short explanation of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items unless they are damaged or incorrect. We also cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with natural characteristics like scent or color.

📦 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, only the product value will be returned.
