At FloThéa Organics, we’re committed to getting your skincare essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:

USA: 5–10 business days

Canada & UK: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary due to customs delays or carrier disruptions.
🌍 International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that FloThéa Organics is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
🕵️ Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@flotheaorganics.com.
❗Shipping Issues or Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
📬 Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it.
